Do you want to make optimal use of Visuall? Increase your knowledge of Visuall by following training, e-learning or online support. We offer customized training that is tailored to the needs and level of the user.

The training courses focus on the daily use of the basic functionality, as well as on mastering methods and techniques for modelling. Juris consultants can help you with any legal models you create.

We also provide training that is more focused on the specialist use of Visuall, such as visualizing models, setting up Analytics and exchanging files with other environments. In addition to the regular training options, we also offer on-line training and e-learning, namely:

E-learning modules
These modules have been specially developed to help you to master knowledge and skills in Visuall at your own pace. The module is concluded with a short test. The general e-learning modules we offer are:

Visuall in a nutshell (basic module)
The Visuall modeler gets an explanation of the basic operations in Visuall. For example, how to create, change and delete items.

Dynamic images (basic module)
In Visuall it is possible to add images and make them clickable. This makes navigating the software not only visually appealing, but also clearer for the user. Commonly used images are flowchart, area maps or photos.

Authorisation management (basic module)
The functional manager will receive an explanation of the authorisation options within the Visuall model. This includes setting up an authorisation architecture to grant rights to different user groups.

Import Word and Excel (module laws and regulations)
Existing knowledge is often contained in Word or Excel documents. These documents can easily be fed into Visuall by applying structure. Importing saves you a lot of manual work and therefore errors. In this module you will learn how to complete this activity.

Visuall Mobile (FREE)
How to read and interpret models on your mobile device.

Customised solution(s)
It is possible to design and organise custom e-learning modules for your organisation. Based on your specific needs, we tailor a solution for your modellers and / or users.
 
Online training or workshop
In addition to the online e-learning modules, we also offer on-line group training and workshops.
You provide a laptop with a good internet connection, Visuall provides the digital facilities. You do not need to download or install any special software to attend the training or workshop. This also applies to the Visuall software.

Visuall offers on-line (customised) group training courses, in which new or experienced users learn to use Visuall to help to make knowledge issues in their organisation transparent and present an actionable result. During the on-line group training courses, not only the functionality of the software is discussed, but also the way in which the knowledge, processes and information can best be modelled and presented to users.

During a workshop you will also go into depth. You will discuss the content and structure of the model. Our consultant explains, gives advice, but also enters into a dialogue with you in order to arrive at a (substantive) model that you all support.
 
Off-site support
If you want a review of your existing model, or if you want guidance on improving or updating your model, you can contact us for quality off-site support. Based on your issue, we estimate the time required for us to provide a solution to you.
